Weston Rode currently delivers to valid addresses throughout the United Kingdom. We do not offer collection.
Standard UK delivery
- Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Charge: £3.95 per order
- Delivery aim: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: provided when available after dispatch
The delivery aim is not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote areas and periods of disruption may take longer.
Dispatch
Any expected dispatch time will be shown on the product page or order confirmation. Orders containing more than one item may be sent in separate parcels. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted.
Your address
Please check the delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake. We cannot promise to change an address after an order has been prepared or dispatched.
Delays, loss or damage
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. Do not dispose of damaged packaging until we have advised you, as the carrier may need photographs or inspection. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returns
Please do not send an item back to the address printed by the carrier without contacting us first. See our Refund and Returns Policy for cancellation deadlines, return costs and faulty-goods rights.
